Job Responsibilities:

1. After receiving the repair notification, the machine repair personnel should rush to the fault site as soon as possible, analyze the cause of the fault, propose solutions, organize manpower and material resources, carry out emergency repairs on the equipment as quickly as possible, and make records afterwards;

2. Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment, regular maintenance, and maintenance records;

3. Responsible for the technical transformation of equipment and machinery that can no longer meet production requirements;

4. Responsible for keeping a reasonable amount of inventory of consumables and consumables, and contacting reliable processing points for non-standard parts;

5. Responsible for strengthening the supervision and inspection of equipment to prevent problems before they occur. Focus on monitoring foreseeable faults and be aware of the operation of all equipment;

6. Responsible for purchasing parts, raw materials, auxiliary materials, and equipment, consciously supervising buyers to purchase in place on time, inspecting and accepting purchased items by machine repair, reporting unqualified products to buyers in a timely manner, and negotiating with merchants with buyers;

7. Responsible for reporting the purchase of special parts to the production department and filling out the parts purchase requisition form;

8. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

job requirements:

1. Male, 30-45 years old;

2. Practical experience in electrical engineering, basic knowledge of equipment machinery, electrical control, hydraulic and pneumatic principles;

3. More than five years of experience in equipment maintenance and water and electricity installation;

4. Priority will be given to those with CNC equipment / stamping equipment maintenance experience;

5. Hard-working, responsible, obedient and cooperative, and proactive in work.

Comprehensive salary: 8K-12K
