Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for abnormal production processes in the workshop, assisting the production line to analyze abnormal problems and provide solutions;

2. Be able to use IE techniques and the four improvement principles to work with production supervisors to optimize production lines, analyze personnel allocation, improve process bottlenecks, and improve production efficiency;

3. Responsible for product process development, tooling and fixture design, operating procedures, production of operating instructions, standard working hour cost accounting, assembly line layout and planning;

4. Responsible for technical guidance of the workshop, acceptance of workshop equipment and fixtures and other technical work.

job requirements:

1. No limit to male or female, 25-45 years old;

2. College degree or above, with more than 5 years of PlE work experience is preferred;

3. Have practical working experience in metal stamping automotive parts technology, and be able to analyze and understand product process abnormalities;

4. Ability to produce SOP and improve production line balance;

5. Be able to use PROE/ and CAD design software, be able to independently modify design and mold drawings, and have ideas for personal improvement;

6. Strong team awareness and good at innovation.

Comprehensive salary: 9K-11K
